The Group Lead Volunteer is in charge of the Group and provides leadership to all the volunteers running each Section.

Nick Walker chairs the Trustee Board which supports the Group Lead Volunteer in carrying out their role. The Group Trustee Board shapes our decisions, approves our strategy and monitors our performance. It is the role of the Trustee Board to ensure good governance and that the group has the resources it needs to operate. As Chair Nick leads on this
Section Adult Volunteer Team
Beaver Leader – Rachel Cooper
The Beaver Leader looks after the Beaver programme and runs the section with the help of the Assistant Beaver Leaders and Sectional Assistants.
Cub Leader – Vacant
The Cub Scout Leader looks after the Cub Scout programme and runs the section with the help of the Assistant Cub Scout Leaders and Sectional Assistants
Scout Leader – Chippy Richards
The Scout Leader looks after the Scout programme and runs the section with the help of the Assistant Scout Leaders and Sectional Assistants.
Young Leaders
The Young Leaders assist sections with the delivery of the programme. They are a vital part of the leadership team and take on responsibilities in agreement with their Section Leader and the District Explorer Scout Leader – Young Leader Unit.
