District Development Day

We are hosting a District Development Day at the Heath Conference Centre where we will be seeking input from the wider District on how we take Mersey Weaver forward over the next 5 years.
Who’s Invited
In an ideal world we would like to invite everyone however that wouldn’t be possible. Instead we would like to see the make up of groups fully represented so are asking that each group sends:

How can we attract new volunteers?
In lieu of more volunteers, what can we do to support groups?
What can we do to fill our vacant GSL roles?
How we can attract/retain more young people?
How can groups who are oversubscribed work with those who are undersubscribed?
What can we do about waiting lists?

Inclusivity

How can we reach areas of the community we don’t have much involvement with?
What support can we offer young people with additional needs?

What can we do to encourage more young people to join Group Execs and leadership teams
How can Group Execs engage with young people to inform their decision making
